RECIPIENT INSTRUCTIONS
Congratulations to all the students who have been selected as recipients of the Sparx & Lorenzo Antonio Scholarship!
Please be aware that there are responsibilities that you must comply with in order for you to:
Receive your money.
Maintain your Scholarship eligibility (depending on the scholarship you were awarded).
Select the Scholarship that you were awarded from the list below, and follow the instructions.
A one-time lump sum of $1,000.00 or $2,000.00 (depending on the amount of the Scholarship you were awarded) will be sent to your school assuming you comply with the instructions below.
Please be aware that we can not process your Scholarship until we get everything that is required, and processing your paperwork can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks once we receive it. We therefore strongly suggest that you not wait until the last minute to do this!
In Order For You To Receive Your Money You Must:
- Acknowledge acceptance of your scholarship by returning the Student Information Form which was sent to you when you were notified of your award to:

- Keep your mailing address and email address updated with the Sparx & Lorenzo Antonio Foundation Records Department by notifying us of any changes.
- Keep your award notification.
If for any reason you are unable to accept the scholarship, please contact us, or notify us at the above address so that the award may be given to an alternate.

Your $4,000.00 Scholarship will be awarded as follows:
$500.00 for eight (8) consecutive semesters will be sent to your school assuming you comply with the instructions below, and continue to maintain your Scholarship eligibility.

- Earn a GPA of 2.5 or higher by the end of the first semester.
- By the end of the second semester, earn a cumulative GPA (from the first and second semesters) of 2.75 or higher.
- Earn a GPA of 3.0 or higher every semester thereafter until year four.

$625.00 for eight (8) consecutive semesters. A representative from ITT Technical Institute will contact you regarding your Scholarship.
